§ 1 user

As the user of these terms and conditions applies:

§ 2 Scope

These general terms and conditions apply to all legal transactions between the user and a consumer (according to §13 BGB of a "natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed").


§ 3 Conclusion of a contract and storage of the contract text

The provisions of these terms and conditions apply to orders that consumers place via the website www.kuckucksuhren-meisterwerkstatt.de.


The contract is concluded with the user (see § 1).


The presentation and description of the goods on the website www.kuckucksuhren-meisterwerkstatt.de does not constitute a contract offer.


By ordering goods by e-mail, a consumer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. The contract is concluded when the user sends an order confirmation by email.


The text of the contract is saved when the order is placed. Consumers receive an email with the order details and the applicable terms and conditions. After the contract has been concluded, the order data can no longer be viewed online.


§ 4 payment

The statutory sales tax and other price components are included in the prices quoted. Shipping costs are usually not included in the price and may be additional. Payment is made in advance by the consumer. For custom-made products, about 50% down payment is due before the start of production by the consumer. The delivery of the goods takes place in advance by the consumer, only when the goods have been paid for in full will they be dispatched by the user.

§ 5 delivery, delivery restriction

The delivery takes place - unless the description of a selected product has explicitly stipulated otherwise after consultation with the consumer. § 6 Transfer of Risk

The risk of accidental deterioration or accidental loss of the goods lies with the user until the goods are handed over and is transferred to the consumer when the goods are handed over.

The user retains ownership of the goods until the purchase price has been received in full.

The statutory warranty regulations apply.
